Today I picked up my new EpiPen from the pharmacist. As I waited for the transaction to finish, I thought about all of the times I had been told how to use an EpiPen. I realized at that point, I had never administered one to someone else or myself and I wasn't sure how calm I would actually be if I needed to.
Right now I am just thankful for modern medicine and health insurance.
